Sometimes
getting there is half the fun. In the top photo,
we carved into a hillside to
create two off-street parking
spaces for an existing residence
on a narrow street. In
doing so, we saved an 80 year
old oak tree and created a courtyard
off of the Living Room.
In the second photo, we designed
a privacy screen that steps down
to the low roof of the existing
car port and new entry gate.
In the bottom two photos, we
created an intimate bridge from
a second-story master suite to
a terraced garden.
